The 1994-95 season was one of the greatest in Blackburn Rovers’ history. Managed by Kenny Dalglish, Blackburn won the Premier League title on the final day of the season, finishing one point ahead of Manchester United. Alan Shearer was the star of the campaign, scoring 34 league goals alongside Chris Sutton as the famous “SAS” partnership fired Rovers to their first top-flight title since 1914.
