1. ORDERS WITHIN SHILLONG

  • Will be available for Store Pickup or Home-Delivery.
  • Extra 50/- INR will be charged per order on the Checkout page for Home Delivery.

2. ORDERS OUTSIDE SHILLONG & WITHIN NORTHEASTERN STATES

  • Will be shipped via Private couriers like Delhivery, DTDC or Xpressbees.
  • Will be shipped 1-2 Business Days after the order is confirmed.
  • Orders made on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.
  • 150/- INR will be charged per order on the Checkout page as shipping charges.

3. ORDERS OUTSIDE NORTHEASTERN STATES

  • Will be shipped via Private couriers like Delhivery, DTDC or Xpressbees.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Within 7-14 days. If you haven't received the order within the mentioned days, feel free to reach out to us and we will get back to you.
What should i do if i have received a damaged parcel?

If the parcel reaches to you in a damaged/ defected way, please take some pictures of the parcel with the damaged area and the shipping labels and send it to us. We will review with the shipping courier and get back to you.
What happens if i refuse a delivery?

If return fees are not paid or delivery is refused, any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
