What is the return policy?

We can accept your products within 7 days after the products have been delivered for a refund/store credit/exchange.

Can I cancel my order if it has been shipped?

Once the order has been shipped, you can't cancel it. However, if you wish to return and process for a refund/store credit/exchange, kindly reach out to us and we will get back to you.

When will I get my Refund?

Refunds will be initiated 1-2 business days after the product have been received and confirmed by our Team.

How do i return a product?

You have to send it to us via any courier, provide a tracking id and we will update on you once we have received it for a Refund/Store Credit/Exchange.

How many days do i have to return the product for a Refund/Store Credit/Exchange?

You have 7 days to initiate a Refund or Exchange after the product has been delivered to you.

Who pays for the return of the product?

You have to pay for the return of the product that you have purchased.

The items i have sent for return have been not delivered to you, what should i do?

We suggest you to contact with your Courier asap. We also advise you to get Insurance and Tracking ID from the courier to cover up for items lost during transition.

WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

No, you will receive a refund only for the cost of the items purchased.
