Where is your Store located?

Our store is located at Arka's Complex - 2nd Floor, Rynjah, Shillong.

Do you accept COD?

No, we only take prepaid payments.

Do you provide any discounts on orders?

Sometimes, we will upload content on our social media for discounts on specific days. However, if you are planning to make a bundle order, please reach out to us via the Contact Us page and we will get back to you.

Do you provide Returns or Refunds?

Do you offer Pickup-From-Store services?

Yes, it's available.

Are your products authentic or fake?

All the products we sell are carefully checked for authenticity. Kindly use the Contact Us page for more information on how to authenticate the products and we will get back to you.

How long do you take to ship the orders?

We will ship the products 1-2 business days after the order has been received and confirmed. We will also send you the Tracking ID via private couriers personally on your respective e-mail/ mobile number.

Which days and what time does the store open?

The store opens from Mon-Sat from 2 PM to 8 PM.
