Where is your store located?
- We have two stores currently running as of today — the old store in Rynjah and the new football store in Madanriting. Both are in Shillong,
Are the clothes & football items authentic?
- Yes, all of our items are carefully curated and checked before listing them on our website. If you have any doubts on how to self legit-check, please reach out to us.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
- No, we don't have a COD feature available yet. We currently only take orders via pre-paid payments.
How long do you take to ship the orders?
- We ship the same day if an order has been made before 12 PM or the next following day. Orders take 5-7 business days do be delivered within India and 10-15 days worldwide.
Do you offer Home delivery services within Shillong?
- Yes, we do. We send the package via Rapido to customers residing within Shillong.
Is placing an order secure?
- Yes, all of our orders are taken securely via Razorpay for your protection and peace of mind.
Do you provide a Tracking ID after ordering?
- Once the order is ready to be dispatched from our end, you will receive a Tracking ID on your mail. If not, you can feel free to contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we take international orders only as custom orders via DMs. Feel free to reach out to us if you want to place an order.
